Probably 17th century house, refaced with stucco. Two storeys.
Five windows facing east, two windows facing north. Tiled
roof. Modern casement windows.
Doorway to west of Plat Cottage
Grade II (listed 3 August 1961: amended 13 May 1987)
Formerly listed as doorway leading into the grounds of Grey
Friars and since moved to this site. Medieval stone pointed
doorway with dripstone over, said to have formed part of a
building known as Trojan's or Jew's Hall.

18th Century. Two storeys. Two windows. Weather-boarded. Slate
roof in two hips. Glazing bars intact. Doorway in moulded
architrave surround with flat hood over on brackets.
